You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange or a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at asmrspain90@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return instructions and address. Please send the product back in its original condition with all accessories (including the heating module, remote and cable).

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. In that case, contact us with a photo and we'll cover it.
